**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a few skilled Prep Cooks/Dishwashers to assist our culinary team in preparing delicious dishes. The Prep Cook will be responsible for ensuring all ingredients are properly prepped and ready for cooking.
**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and portioning for use in recipes
- Assist in cooking and preparing various food items.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash, and organizing supplies
- Making sauces and stocks to recipes
- Monitor food stock levels and communicate with the Chef regarding shortages
**Skills:**
- Prior experience in food preparation, preferably in a restaurant or catering environment
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and culinary terminology
