We are seeking a motivated, friendly, people‑oriented individual to join our team as a Field Outreach & Team Leader. This role combines outdoor residential outreach, hands‑on mentorship, CRM work, and leadership development.
Responsibilities
- Walk door‑to‑door in residential neighborhoods 4–5 hours/day
- Friendly conversations only — no hard sales
- Work directly with the owner 2–3 hours/day
- Learn sales appointments, communication style, and customer relationship building
- Complete CRM (Jobber) data entry and follow‑up calls 1–2 hours/day
- Train and develop 2 additional team members
- Build and lead your own outreach team
