Veterinary Journey - Our Tiered Growth Path
We don't believe in dead-end jobs and have developed levels programs for our veterinary assistants and licensed technicians. We hire based on distinct tiers with clear expectations and pathways for growth:
- Tier 1 (Entry/Student); focus on clinical foundations and mentorship.
- Tier 2 (Competent Assistant); independent in outpatient rooms and diagnostics.
- Tier 3 (Advanced/Lead); seasoned producers in surgery and workflow management.
What You’ll Do (Duties)
- Clinical Excellence: Provide high-standard restraint and assistance for examinations and advanced procedures.
- Patient Advocacy: Maintain our commitment to low-stress patient handling and championing the medical recommendations for our patients.
- Technical Support: Assist in laboratory diagnostics (fecals, cytologies, bloodwork) and surgical preparation.
- Collaborative Care: Work alongside our DVMs and LVTs in a high-tech clinical environment.
