We currently have an opening for an Field Technician working throughout Palm Beach County, FL
Position Summary
The Maintenance Technician plays a key role in day-to-day property operations, ensuring all common areas, facilities, and exterior spaces are clean, safe, and well-maintained. This role requires both independent work and team collaboration.
Core Responsibilities
- Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property
- Service common areas including restrooms, lobbies, elevators, and garages
- Coordinate and perform scheduled waste and recycling removal
- Identify, document, and report maintenance or safety concerns proactively
- Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, pressure washing, and minor repairs
- Support property operations and respond to daily maintenance needs
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of hands-on maintenance or facilities experience (required)
- Construction or commercial property experience (preferred)
- Ability to read basic plans, work orders, or schematics
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Team-oriented with a professional attitude
- Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, and in confined spaces
- Valid driver’s license required
Schedule & Availability
- Full-time, 8-hour shifts
- Night Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
- Must be available for weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime
