Job Summary
Structural Modular Innovations is seeking a Marketing person to assist with digital and print marketing and hiring for SMI. You will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks assigned by the Sales Manager and Staff as needed including but not limited to: maintaining SMI's online presence, creating fresh content, maintaining the website, and creating flyers and handouts.
Responsibilities
- Create compelling content for websites, email marketing, and social media posts that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Utilize website management systems such as WordPress and content management systems to update site content regularly.
- Analyze web analytics data using tools like Google Analytics, Marketing automation platforms, and web analytics reporting to measure campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the team to produce visual assets using Adobe Photoshop and Acrobat Pro.
- Implement conversion optimization strategies by testing landing pages, call-to-actions, and user experience enhancements to increase lead generation.
- Manage social media platforms like Facebook ensuring targeted audience reach.
Qualifications
A degree in marketing and 1-2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of both. Website experience is required. We are looking for a candidate with strong attention to detail who is able to prioritize and work efficiently and independently with extreme organizational skills.
- Strong proficiency with WordPress, Plugins, Security updates, Backups, website servers and PHP updates.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft programs, Adobe programs, and Mailchimp.
- Proficiency in content creation including copywriting for diverse digital formats such as emails, blogs, social media posts, and ads.
- Strong proficiency with Facebook, FB groups, FB advertising, and other social media platforms.
- Knowledge of HubSpot, Google Business, Google Analytics, Google Search, SEO and ADA are a plus.
