We are a growing Public Adjusting firm helping homeowners with property insurance claims after damage caused by plumbing leaks, roof damage, mold, storms, fire, hurricanes, and other covered losses.
Our firm represents the homeowner, not the insurance company. We assist with documenting damages, guiding clients through the claims process, and helping pursue fair claim settlements.
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and coachable individual interested in building a long-term career in the property insurance claims industry.
This position starts as a Public Adjuster Trainee / Field Representative and is ideal for someone who is ambitious, professional, and interested in a high-income, performance-based career. This role involves field-based marketing, territory lead generation, and professional networking within assigned areas. We provide comprehensive guidance and training to help you learn the industry from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Speak with property owners about potential insurance claims and field marketing options.
- Manage assigned territories to generate new opportunities and leads.
- Build referral relationships with local contractors, roofers, and other professionals.
- Identify potential property damage through free visual property assessments.
- Take photos and document visible property damage.
- Follow up with leads and clients throughout the onboarding process.
- Participate in ongoing company training and mentorship meetings.
- Represent the company professionally in the field at all times.

Qualifications
