What You’ll Do
- Contact warm leads and prospective clients by phone
- Educate customers about available home and lifestyle services
- Help clients identify solutions that fit their needs
- Build strong customer relationships through professional communication
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers
- Accurately document customer interactions within company systems
- Meet activity and performance goals
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities
- Represent the company at occasional community outreach events, vendor fairs, and partnership activities
- Collaborate with leadership to improve customer experience and business growth
What We’re Looking For
- A motivated, goal-oriented professional who enjoys helping others
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to think on your feet, handle objections, and problem-solve for clients
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage time effectively
- Eager to learn, open to feedback, and comfortable with technology
- Experience in sales, customer service, or call center work preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are a plus

Pay: $49,923.86 - $60,123.36 per year
