STORE MANAGER – APPLIANCE RETAIL
Appliances 4 Less is looking for an energetic, dependable, and results-driven Store Manager to lead our retail team and help drive sales, customer satisfaction, and daily store operations.
We’re looking for someone who can lead by example, coach a team, build strong customer relationships, and keep the store running smoothly and professionally.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Provide outstanding customer service and help resolve customer concerns professionally
- Train, coach, and develop team members
- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to staff
- Create a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure the showroom stays clean, organized, and sales-ready
- Assist with inventory, merchandising, pricing, and product presentation
- Handle opening and closing procedures and serve as a key holder
- Maintain strong product knowledge and help staff understand appliance features and benefits
- Help manage customer follow-ups, sales reports, and store performance
- Lead by example with professionalism, urgency, and a strong work ethic
