DEFINITION:
A Clinical Nurse Manager for Home Health Care and Hospice is a professional responsible for overseeing and managing nursing services in a home health care setting. The role involves a combination of clinical expertise and leadership skills to ensure the delivery of high quality patient care.
REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS (IF APPLICABLE):

Current Basic Life Support.

As required by the State Board of Nursing.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of a Registered Nurse Program with current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license.

Proven experience in Home Health Care or related field.
