About Us
Authentic Warehouse is a leading buyer and distributor of excess inventory, working directly with major retailers and brands. We specialize in wholesale, liquidation, e-commerce, and online auction sales. We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented E-Commerce Associate to join our growing team and help manage our online sales operations.
Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and update product listings on HiBid, eBay, Shopify, and other online marketplaces
- Assist with auction setup, monitoring, and promotion of new inventory
- Process customer orders and coordinate shipping and fulfillment
- Maintain accurate inventory records across multiple sales channels
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Photograph products and prepare inventory for online listings
- Research market trends, pricing, and competitors to optimize listings and maximize sales
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure product information is accurate
- Assist with warehouse and operational tasks related to e-commerce activities
Qualifications
- Previous experience in e-commerce, online marketplaces, retail, or related fields preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with eBay, HiBid, Shopify, Amazon, or similar platforms is a plus
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work on-site in Fort Worth, TX
Preferred Skills
- Product photography experience
- Inventory management experience
- Knowledge of online auctions and marketplace operations
- Experience with shipping and fulfillment processes
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
