WeVINO is a luxury Italian dining destination known for elevated hospitality, private dining, and unforgettable guest experiences. We're hiring a Sales Manager / Private Events Coordinator to do one thing exceptionally well: fill our events calendar and grow revenue.
Compensation: $20/hour + commission on every private event and booking you generate
Position Type: Part-Time
The Role
This is an outbound sales position in a hospitality setting. You'll cold call, email, network, knock on doors, and build the relationships that turn into booked private dinners, corporate events, celebrations, and large party reservations. You own the pipeline from first contact to confirmed booking.
- Generate new private dining and event business through proactive community outreach
- Build relationships with local businesses, corporate accounts, event planners, and luxury clientele
- Manage event inquiries through TripleSeat and follow up relentlessly
- Conduct restaurant tours that sell the experience, not just the space
- Coordinate birthdays, corporate dinners, holiday events, and special occasions
- Track your outreach, conversions, and revenue — own your numbers
- Collaborate with management on event packages, promotions, and revenue strategy
You
- Sales-driven and energized by outbound outreach
- A natural relationship builder with a professional presence
- Hospitality, restaurant, or event sales experience preferred
- TripleSeat and/or OpenTable experience strongly preferred
- Organized, self-motivated, and relentless on follow-up
- You sell the experience, not the specs
Compensation
- $20/hour base
- Commission on private dining sales, corporate bookings, large party reservations, and event revenue you generate
