Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and motivated Landscape Crew Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be actively involved in maintaining and enhancing outdoor landscapes through a variety of tasks, utilizing your skills with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional results on every project, from lawn care to hardscape installations.
Responsibilities
- Perform landscape tasks such as lawn installations, tree planting, retaining walls and erosion control.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment including excavators and snow plows safely and efficiently.
- Support hardscape projects by preparing sites, laying pavers, installing retaining walls, and working with other landscaping materials.
- Follow safety protocols diligently while working with construction equipment and during landscaping operations.
Qualifications
- Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment.
- Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening preferred.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, excavators, and snow plows safely.
- Knowledge of horticulture principles and tree care techniques.
- Strong work ethic with a focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.
- Prior experience in construction or hardscape installation is a plus.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping and maintenance tasks.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
