Duties
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients for meals, including chopping, slicing, and dicing vegetables and proteins.
- Follow recipes and instructions from chefs to ensure consistency in food preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety standards.
- Handle food items with care, ensuring proper storage and labeling.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation for service.
- Participate in catering events as needed, assisting with food setup and presentation.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knives and other food preparation tools.
