Salary Range: Up to $18.00 - $23.00 per hour (based on experience)
Full-Time position, Monday-Friday daytime shift

Tex-Air Delivery is located in Grapevine and is an expedited trucking company, and is seeking an individual who is enthusiastic, enjoys a fast pace environment, and has a sense of humor with a strong attention to detail. This person will perform detailed, clerical work of an analytical nature.
Role and Responsibilities:·
- Close out shipments with correct base and accessorial charges according to our customer tariffs
- Communicate with customers and owner operators about issues that may arise
- Enter billing rates into accounting system (Crown)
- Reviewing Accounts Receivable inquires.·
- Filing / scan paperwork
- Billing of customer invoices through transportation software (Crown Data Systems)
- Responsible for tracking and collecting all billing documents, evaluating received documents to ensure that appropriate information has been obtained for successful invoicing
Preferred Skills:
- Computer experience; keyboarding at 45 wpm
- Clear, precise communication skills with good customer relations
- Proficient verbal and written skills
- Proficient phone etiquette
- Strong multi-tasking ability
- Strong work ethic (punctuality and dependability)
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Business/Office professional conduct
- Background in accounting
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years’ experience in billing functions
- Must pass all background checks
