Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to attract new corporate clients, event planners, and travel partners in the hospitality industry.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed revenue goals through coaching, training, and performance management.
- Identify new business opportunities by conducting market analysis and leveraging technology sales tools such as Salesforce.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients through proactive account management and negotiation skills.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives to promote hotel amenities, packages, and special events that appeal to target audiences.
- Conduct regular sales presentations, site visits, and business development meetings to showcase the hotel’s offerings.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine strategies, improve service delivery, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven success in outside sales, B2B sales, or hospitality management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a sales team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with technology sales platforms such as Salesforce or similar CRM tools for tracking prospects and managing accounts.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
- Ability to analyze market trends, develop strategic plans, and implement innovative marketing tactics.
- Experience in business development and account management within the hospitality or related industries is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
