Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and strategic direction for Sales, Service, Parts, and Finance operations
- Develop and execute growth strategies that increase revenue, profitability, and market share
- Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing department leaders and team members
- Foster a culture of excellence, customer satisfaction, accountability, and teamwork
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement action plans to improve results
- Drive exceptional CSI and customer retention throughout the dealership
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the manufacturer, lenders, and community partners
- Ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and financial accountability across all departments
- Partner with leadership on marketing initiatives, brand awareness, and community engagement
What We're Looking For
- Proven success as a General Manager, General Sales Manager, or senior dealership leader
- Demonstrated history of driving sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence
- Proven ability to build, coach, and retain high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of dealership financials, forecasting, and KPI management
