Duties
- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility using safe handling practices and equipment like Hoyer lifts.
- Take and record vital signs accurately, including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature to monitor patient health status.
- Maintain medical documentation meticulously within PCC records systems, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and legal requirements.
