We are a plaintiff’s firm that represents employees in discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, and more. Must have a passion in representing “the little guy.” Looking for a litigation associate with strong writing skills to handle motions, research, pleadings, discovery and other litigation matters. Must have some interest in labor and employment law. Will need to cover hearings and depositions at times. We also have a trial coming up that we need help on. Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines. Looking for someone who has one to three years experience. Pay will depend on experience. Additional renumeration is based on finishing and settling cases. The firm, itself, has a special culture that prides itself on excellent client services and treating all with respect.
