JOB TITLE: Manufacturing Cleaner/Laborer
SUPERVISOR: Operations Manager
DEPARTMENT: Indirect, 16-20 hours per week
STATUS: Non-Exempt (Hourly)
Part-time, 16-20 hrs/week, no weekends
LOCATION: Two Harbors, MN
PAY: $20.00 per hour
Job Summary:
This person will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment within our manufacturing facility. This role is crucial in ensuring a safe and efficient working space for our production team. High School students are encouraged to apply. Must be 16 years or older.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks to ensure cleanliness and hygiene in manufacturing mills.
- Clean and sanitize machinery, equipment, and surfaces to meet quality and safety standards.
- Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with company policies and environmental regulations.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies to ensure availability.
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and tasks.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to minimize risks during cleaning activities.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor promptly.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:
