Sunshine Learning Center is seeking an experienced Instructional Coordinator to provide instructional leadership and coaching for our preschool program. This is an opportunity to help shape high-quality early childhood education by supporting teachers, strengthening curriculum, and ensuring children receive engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor preschool teachers through classroom observations and ongoing feedback.
- Ensure curriculum is implemented with fidelity and aligned with NYS Early Learning Standards.
- Review lesson plans and support teachers with planning and instructional strategies.
- Monitor classroom quality, child assessments, and school readiness goals.
- Lead professional development and support teacher growth.
- Ensure compliance with OCFS licensing requirements and program policies.
- Partner with families and staff to foster a positive learning community.
- Support daily program operations and educational initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field required.
- NYS Birth–Grade 2 Certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of preschool teaching experience.
- Previous instructional coaching, leadership, or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices and early childhood curriculum.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
