About the Role:
The Sales Support Specialist plays a critical role in driving the success of the sales department by providing comprehensive support to outside sales team. This position is responsible for accurate sales data analysis and timely communication with sales team and customers.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales support or a related role within a sales department.
- Strong proficiency in order entry systems and sales data analysis.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with large account management and complex sales cycles.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Background in a fast-paced sales environment with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Support the acquisition and onboarding of new accounts while maintaining and nurturing relationships existing large customers.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with sales personnel to track progress against sales quotes and provide necessary administrative support.
- Coordinate communication between the sales department and other internal teams to streamline operations and resolve issues promptly.
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
