For Locals: $21/hr to $23/hr
For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 35-mile radius from the facility):
Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $25.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $1,000.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $11.41
Hourly Stipend: $13.59
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $456.40
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $543.60

For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $27.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: $1,080.00
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Inventory Specialist to join their healthcare team. The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for managing, replenishing, and distributing medical supplies and equipment to nursing and clinical areas while maintaining accurate inventory levels.
Working collaboratively with nursing staff and clinical departments, the Inventory Specialist will process supply requests, monitor stock levels, inspect supplies for expiration and package integrity, and ensure inventory areas remain clean, organized, and properly stocked.
Key Responsibilities:
- Count, pick, replenish, and distribute medical supplies to PAR and clean supply rooms.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform cycle counts.
- Process supply requests and prepare chargeable supplies for distribution.
- Inspect supplies for package integrity, expiration dates, and proper rotation.
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies and restocking needs.
- Keep assigned inventory areas clean, organized, and properly stocked.
- Prepare mobile medical equipment for use and assist with equipment distribution.
- Handle verbal, phone, EPIC, and handheld terminal requests
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent – Required
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of inventory control experience in a healthcare setting required
- Medical terminology experience – Required
- Basic computer skills – Required
