Responsibilities

Complying with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Chop vegetables, ingredients and prepare sauces and other food preparation
- Prepare, cook and present menu items in collaboration with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food
- Stock inventory
Qualifications

Previous restaurant or lounge experience
- Cooking experience or Back of the House experience a must
- Hospitality experience, training, education or certification a plus
- Desire for personal and professional growth and development
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Able to multitask efficiently
- Able to meet all scheduling commitments
- Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation
