Stamping Operator — Train to Set-Up | 1st Shift (Mon – Fri) & 2nd Shift (Mon -Thu, 3-Day Weekend)

The Schedule
We have openings on both shifts. Tell us your preference when you apply.
1st Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM — $18–20/hr depending on experience.
2nd Shift:Monday through Thursday, 3:15 PM to 1:45 AM — a 4-day work week with a 3-day weekend every week — $19–21/hr depending on experience.
Overtime opportunities are available during busier periods for those who want to earn more.
Compensation

What You’ll Do
This role can start at the operator level and grow into full set-up, or step right into set-up if you already have the experience. Either way, here’s the work:
- Set up and operate stamping presses to run jobs to specification
- Set up, install, and align dies, and adjust ram stroke to specified length and width
- Load materials, feed strips and coils through the die, and position work pieces correctly
- Plan press operations, speed, and material needs from work orders
- Run first piece inspections and make adjustments to hold quality and tolerance
- Train and guide machine operators, inspecting and approving their work
- Keep accurate documentation and maintain presses through routine oiling and cleaning
- Hold 5S standards and a safe, organized work area
What We’re Looking For
- Experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment — stamping or press experience is a plus
- Mechanically inclined and confident working with your hands
- Able to read and follow work orders, blueprints, and specifications
- Detail oriented with a focus on quality and precision
- Reliable, safety minded, and a strong team player
- We provide on-the-job training to help you grow into the full set-up role
