Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our dynamic facilities team. Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of all areas including restrooms, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping and vacuuming
- Maintain cleanliness of windows and fixtures to promote a bright and professional environment
- Handle janitorial tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces regularly
Requirements
- Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial, industrial, or residential settings
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care procedures, and commercial cleaning equipment
- Experience with industrial cleaning processes and facilities maintenance is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Ability to follow safety protocols diligently and work independently or as part of a team
