Duties
- Coordinate and schedule freight pickups and deliveries using transportation management systems such as Crown Data Systems.
- Manage multi-line phone systems to communicate with drivers, clients, carriers, and internal teams promptly and professionally.
- Enter data accurately into logistics platforms including Crown and transportation management systems to ensure real-time updates.
- Oversee shipping & receiving processes, including freight documentation, shipment tracking, and delivery confirmations.
- Analyze transportation data to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and implement solutions for continuous improvement.
Pay: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
