Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Order Packer to join our fulfillment team. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment across multiple ecommerce brands. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Print and apply shipping labels using platforms such as ShipStation or similar systems
- Verify product quality and quantities before shipment
- Package orders securely to prevent damage during transit
- Maintain clean and organized packing stations
- Assist with receiving, counting, and stocking inventory
- Report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods
- Meet daily order fulfillment targets and deadlines
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or packing experience preferred
- Familiarity with shipping software (e.g., ShipStation) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
