CONTRACT
2nd shift- 1 pm to 9:30 pm
The Manufacturing Operator role is responsible for:
- Operating paint-making control systems and manufacturing equipment, including pumps, valves, filling machines, case packers, labelers, robotics, and forklifts
- Loading and unloading raw materials and finished goods
- Monitoring raw materials and finished products for quality and compliance with specifications
- Maintaining production records, equipment logs, and inventory levels
- Performing routine manufacturing tasks and minor equipment troubleshooting
- Supporting production schedules and collaborating with other departments to meet customer demands
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Preferred Qualifications:
- One year or more of manufacturing, production, warehouse, or distribution experience
- Experience operating manufacturing or packaging equipment
- Experience monitoring gauges, machinery, and production processes
- Forklift and material handling equipment experience
- Experience working with raw materials, blending, mixing, or batch manufacturing processes
- Experience monitoring product quality and maintaining production documentation

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
