Fightingtown Tavern is under new Ownership and Management. We are looking for a reliable Dishwasher. No experience necessary. We need self-motivated people that will uphold a clean and sanitized station. An eye for detail to ensure all dishes are clean and ready for the guest. I am looking for Day and Night shifts full and part-time.
Responsibilities
- Collect dirty dishes from dining and kitchen areas
- Load and unload dishwashing machines
- Wash specific items by hand as needed
- Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment appropriately
- Set up workstations before meal prep begins
- Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils, especially during peak hours
- Maintain cleaning supplies stock (e.g. detergents and sanitizers)
- Check washing machines’ operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues
- Remove garbage regularly
- Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
