The Digital Cafe and Lounge in San Bernardino has a part-time to full-time position available.
Compensation: Hourly rate negotiable. Open to profit-sharing.
We have an immediate opening for a Food Manager to help launch our startup café. This position has the potential to become a full-time leadership role for the right candidate. This unique role combines café operations with vocational training. You'll help operate our simple café while training and mentoring neurodivergent adults in the food service industry.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced casual restaurant.
- Must know FOH, BOH, and barista.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Comfortable teaching others.
- San Bernardino County food handler's certification
- Food Manager Certification preferred.
- RBS certification preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
- Experience working with IDD a plus.
