We’re currently looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time Physical Therapist to join our team at the PA Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Home in Erie, Pennsylvania. This is a senior living community serving veterans and their spouses, and Benchmark has been proud to provide therapy services there for nearly 20 years.

- Provide individualized evaluations and treatment plans tailored to each resident’s goals and needs
- Help residents improve strength, balance, mobility, safety, and confidence
- Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members
- Collaborate closely with the care team to deliver the best possible outcomes
- Document progress using Net Health and facility systems
- Bring compassion, professionalism, and kindness to every interaction
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license in good standing
- A genuine passion for working with older adults
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative, team-focused approach to patient care
- A commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered therapy
- Full-Time Sign-On Bonus: $5,000, paid in full on the first paycheck
- Part-Time Sign-On Bonus: $2,500, paid in full on the first paycheck
