We are hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy to children with autism across North Carolina and surrounding areas. What You’ll Do-
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in client homes
-
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
-
Support skill development in communication, behavior, play, and daily living
-
Collect accurate session data and document client progress
-
Communicate regularly with supervisors, caregivers, and the clinical team
-
Maintain a consistent and reliable therapy schedule
-
Participate in training, feedback, and ongoing professional development
What We’re Looking For-
Experience working with children preferred (ABA, childcare, education, paraprofessional work, psychology, healthcare, camp counseling, or related experience is a plus)

Compassionate, patient, dependable, and eager to learn

Comfortable working in home-based settings with families

Strong communication and time management skills

High school diploma or equivalent required

Ability to travel locally to client homes throughout North Carolina

After-school and/or weekend availability preferred
RBT Candidates Encouraged to Apply-
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) strongly encouraged to apply

RBT credential preferred, but not required to apply

120-day RBT certification window provided for new hires (NC Medicaid requirement)

Paid training and onboarding provided

Support available toward RBT certification

Ongoing supervision and clinical guidance from experienced BCBAs
