This is not a boring retail job — you’ll be leading experiences, engaging with guests, and making every shift different.
What You’ll Do
Guest Experience & Engagement
- Greet guests and kick off their escape room experience
- Lead groups through immersive adventures
- Provide guidance and hints to keep experiences exciting
- Speak confidently to groups and create a welcoming atmosphere
Sales & Guest Engagement
- Upsell games, drinks, and add-ons
- Encourage repeat visits and 5-star reviews
- Deliver top-tier customer service every shift
Team & Operations
- Reset and prepare rooms between experiences
- Keep the venue clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Work with your team to ensure smooth daily operations

Schedule Requirements
- Part-time hours (20–30 hours per week)
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday availability required
- 2 weekday shifts preferred
- Evenings, weekends, and some holidays
