ENGEL Machinery Inc., a global leader in plastic injection molding, automation, and robotics, is hiring 4 Field Service Technician Apprentices to join its nationally recognized apprenticeship program.
This paid training program is designed for mechanically inclined individuals who want to build a long-term career servicing advanced manufacturing equipment. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you'll transition into a full-time Field Service Technician role.

What You'll Learn
- Machine installation and commissioning
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
- Preventive maintenance and repairs
- Hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, and automation
- Customer service and technical support
What You'll Do
- Travel to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment
- Learn alongside experienced Field Service Technicians
- Complete hands-on technical training
- Build expertise on industry-leading plastic injection molding equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer support
What We're Looking For
We're interested in candidates who are:
- Mechanically inclined and enjoy hands-on work
- Trade school graduates or individuals with 2+ years of electro-mechanical, industrial maintenance, automotive, electrical, or similar technical experience
- Willing to travel up to 90% of the time after training
- Able to temporarily relocate to York, PA for the initial 3–4 month training program
- Eager to learn and build a long-term technical career
