Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor for The Primary Health Network in Sharon, Pennsylvania.
COMPENSATION

Base Salary: $60,000-$75,000 based on experience.

$1,000 monthly health insurance stipend.

POSITION OVERVIEW
-
Provide outpatient behavioral health services for patients across the lifespan.
-
Conduct psychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual psychotherapy.

Treat a variety of mental health and substance use disorders using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

Collaborate with primary care providers and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.

Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with applicable standards.

Build meaningful therapeutic relationships while practicing in a supportive outpatient setting.

Requirements:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Current Pennsylvania Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.

Experience providing psychotherapy and behavioral health treatment.

Ability to complete behavioral health assessments and treatment planning.

Experience treating mental health and substance use disorders.

Strong documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
