Overview
We are hiring an experienced Concrete Formwork Setter with direct experience assembling and setting Goedecke gang forms. This role focuses on building and aligning curved formwork for radius tank walls, ensuring tight tolerances, safe handling, and efficient cycling of panels.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, set, align, and brace Goedecke gang form panels for radius tank construction
- Build and adjust curved formwork layouts to match required tank radius
- Install embeds, blockouts, anchor bolts, and wall penetrations
- Work with layout personnel to maintain line, plumb, and elevation
- Assist with concrete placement, vibration, and form cycling
- Strip, clean, and prep gang forms for reuse without damaging components
- Follow all site safety requirements and maintain a clean work area
- Communicate with foreman and crew to meet schedule and pour sequence needs
Qualifications
- 2+ years of concrete formwork experience; Goedecke gang form experience strongly preferred
- Ability to read drawings, layout marks, and radius dimensions
- Comfortable working at heights and around cranes, telehandlers, and rigging
- Physically able to lift 50–75 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
