BrightStar Care of Roseville & Sacramento/Carmichael is seeking compassionate, skilled LVNs and RNs to join the care team for an incredible 11-month-old medically fragile little boy transitioning home from UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital.

We Are Hiring:
Primary Nurse
Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (or 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
Weekend Nurse
Saturday & Sunday
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (or 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
About Your Patient
This client is an adorable 11-month-old little boy who was born prematurely and has overcome tremendous challenges during his first year of life.
He is now preparing to leave UCSF and finally go home with his family after months of hospitalization.
His care includes:
* Oxygen therapy
* NG tube feedings
* Medication administration
* Nebulizer treatments
* Airway clearance / respiratory treatments
* Pulse oximetry monitoring
* Developmental play and interaction
* Reinforcing PT/OT exercises throughout the day when therapists aren't present
His daily routine is well established with scheduled medications, respiratory treatments, NG feeds, and therapy activities throughout the shift, allowing nurses to provide organized, relationship-based care.
