Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced environment. As a JRECK Subs Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our valued customers. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the food industry and enjoy working collaboratively in a team setting. Crew members start at $16.00/hour but you will also receive tips, most crew members make $17.00-$19.00/hour with tips.
Duties
- Prepare and serve food items according to JRECK Subs recipes and standards.
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, utilizing basic math skills.
- Ensure proper food handling and safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Cleaning restaurant equipment
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food handling standards is a plus.
- Experience operating cash registers.
- Strong basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards customers and colleagues.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks associated with food service operations.
