HealthCare Support is actively seeking Sterile Processing Technicians (CRCST) to join a thriving company in Chesterfield, MO.
Daily Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining sterility, assisting in pre-operative tasks, intra-operative support, and aiding in post-operative cleanup, managing laparoscopic equipment maintenance, and fostering communication with colleagues and hospital staff
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED required
Must obtain Certified Registered Central Sterile Technician (CRCST) certification within 4 months from hire
6+ months of Sterile Processing and/or Endoscopy experience
Shift: Monday through Friday with one weekend per month required
- 2nd Shift: 3:00pm – 11:30pm
- 3rd Shift: 11:00pm – 7:30am
Benefits:
Pay Details:
- $19/hr - $23/hr based on years of experience
- Shift differential for evenings and weekends
- Opportunities for overtime
