We are a locally owned and operated (Kansas City grown) luxury massage spa. We have been here since 2018 bringing a new concept to massage in the Kansas City area while focusing on the client's experience. Our drive is to provide a unique and pampering service to our clients whether their purpose to relax, receive an amazing massage or celebrate themselves.
Spalation has a clean, relaxing and true spa feel without the expensiveness of a full-amenity spa. We need to add to our team as we continue to grow and don't want to turn clients away. We have full and part-time schedules available. With weekends typically being the busier days, we do need help to cover weekends in addition to weekdays/nights.
Our therapist position pays better than competitive rates in addition to many perks.
Besides our shared pay structure, we provide a minimum tip guarantee (in those cases where clients aren't educated on tipping concept), potential bonuses, laundered uniforms, all linens, oils, lotions and aromatherapy, clean and relaxing environment with a fun team and place to work.
