Job description:
Engineers Northwest, Inc. is currently seeking a Full-Time Staff Structural Engineer. The candidate will be in charge of the design and preparation of plans and specifications for commercial and residential building design of all material types. The qualified applicant must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment, committed to schedules and deadlines, and able to work both independently and as a team member.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited University.
- 3 years related experience preferred.
- EIT license required, PE preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in writing and providing support documentation for structural engineering calculations and reports.
- Technical knowledge of the application of structural engineering, load paths and structural design integrity.
- Knowledge of building design codes and standards, i.e., IBC, AISC, ACI, ASCE.
- Familiar with structural software programs, i.e., RISA, RAM, ENERCALC.
- Able to review construction shop drawings, test reports and specifications.
- U.S. Citizenship or Work Visa (ENW does not do sponsorships).

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
