Support total quality manufacturing concepts through responsibilities which include maintenance of the warehouse, maintaining cycle count programs, ensuring data accuracy and delivery of product to end user and sales order fulfillment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Coordinate receipt, storage, and organization of materials within warehouse.

Pull inventory to fulfill work orders and internal transfers within the company.

Maintain accurate inventory records using manual or computerized systems.
-
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
-
Maintain efficiency and professional appearance of inventory area.
-
Assist, as requested, with effectively organizing the warehouse and enforcing procedures, inventory documents and inventory control training material.

Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.

Assist with shipping, including packing, labeling and preparing shipments.

Accept other responsibilities as assigned.

Complete training as identified by standard operating procedures and procedural work instructions.

Regular attendance is an essential job function.

Follow all Company policies and procedures relating to confidential propriety information (CPI) including but not limited to what is outlined in the Confidentiality and Non-Solicitation Agreement.

INTERNAL: Contact with Manufacturing, QA/RA, Engineering, R&D, Technical Support, Field Service, Purchasing and Shipping.

EXTERNAL: Occasional contact with vendors.

High school diploma or equivalent. 2-year degree, preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing and inventory control.

Ability to effectively communicate in English. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-
Forklift experience preferred but not required.

Shipping experience is a plus.
WORKING CONDITIONS OR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Will be required to regularly stand for extended periods of time; use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, talk, hear and see. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or reach with hands and arms. Requires repetitive motion and manual dexterity. The environment is fast paced; time pressured and requires accuracy. Will be required to regularly multi-task between projects, move throughout the office building and effectively communicate. The normal production environment can be louder due to equipment running.
