About the Role
As a Residential HVAC Field Technician, you will serve as a key technical expert responsible for ensuring the comfort and climate control of our clients' homes. You will play a vital role in diagnosing system performance, executing high-quality repairs, and providing homeowners with peace of mind through expert equipment maintenance and clear communication.
Responsibilities-
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues within residential heating and cooling systems to restore optimal performance.

Execute precise system start-ups, including wiring and testing, to ensure equipment meets manufacturer specifications and efficiency standards.

Perform comprehensive inspections of ductwork and mechanical components, proactively identifying potential failures before they occur.

Manage your daily service workflow by coordinating with dispatch, ensuring all necessary parts are sourced, and maintaining an organized inventory of tools and materials.

Deliver exceptional customer service by clearly explaining technical findings and repair solutions to homeowners, ensuring they feel informed and valued.

Maintain a professional, clean, and safe work environment, including the proper care of company vehicles and the use of protective equipment in client homes.

Document all service activities, parts usage, and system performance data accurately via digital reporting tools.

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in HVAC service or maintenance.

Active EPA Certification and proficiency in soldering and brazing techniques.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.

Basic digital literacy, including experience with tablets, email, and internet navigation.

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Completion of an HVAC trade school program or equivalent certification.

Prior experience in construction or related mechanical trades.
