What You’ll Do

Take inbound calls from interested Medicare beneficiaries

Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Part D plans

Guide clients through enrollment via CRM and telephonic platforms

Achieve personal sales goals with uncapped commission potential

Maintain compliance with CMS regulations and training standards
Job Details

Pay: $20.00/hour + commission

Schedule: Monday to Friday (some weekend availability may help boost sales)

Training: Paid, virtual, at $20/hour

Requirements:
- Active Health or Health/Life Insurance License (required)

2026 AHIP preferred
-
Experience with Medicare products is a plus, but not required
-
Strong verbal communication and computer navigation skills

Self-starter mindset with ability to work independently from home

Tech-savvy and organized (familiarity with CRMs, VOIP, etc.)
