We're looking for an energetic, entrepreneurial Store Manager who wants to help launch a concept.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the Beauty Resource Lab
- Build relationships with Beauty Professionals
- Conduct product demonstrations
- Coordinate educational events
- Manage inventory and merchandising
- Grow retail and online sales
- Train and supervise store staff
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
Skills
- Beauty industry experience preferred
- Management or leadership experience
- Strong communication skills
- Sales-oriented with a passion for customer service
- Organized and self-motivated
- Technology-friendly
- Licensed cosmetologist required
