Responsibilities
- Greet guest in a professional manner
- Manage daily clerical tasks
- Attend weekly meetings
- Answer and route phone calls daily
- Respond promptly to emails
- Monitor office inventory and order supplies
- Support calendar management and travel coordination
- Assist management and accounting with tasks and projects
- Communicate with external contacts in both English and Spanish
- Prepare reports, forms, and end-of-year documents
- Handle sensitive personal and company information
- Run company errands
Requirements & Skills
- 3 years of clerical / admin experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
- Bilingual in Spanish — fully fluent in reading, writing, and speaking
- Ability to manage time efficiently while maintaining accuracy in tasks
- Must have reliable personal transportation
