Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant Country Club Dining Room. Duties
- Supervise all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of servers, cooks, and support staff to achieve high performance standards
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste
- Oversee POS systems such as Clubessential POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain rigorous food handling and sanitation standards
- Conduct staff training sessions on food preparation, customer service, safety protocols, and operational procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure an outstanding dining experience
Requirements
- Proven experience in Restaurant management with a strong background in food industry operations
- Extensive knowledge of POS systems, proficiency in cash handling and financial reconciliation
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing hospitality teams, supervising staff, and conducting interviews
- Strong understanding of food safety management, inventory control, and food production processes
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and order calculations
- Prior experience in fine dining or casual dining environments is highly desirable; banquet or catering experience is a plus
- Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate team members effectively

Pay: $73,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
