We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a Licensed Therapist, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to Interdisciplinary Treatment Plan meetings and provide valuable insights from clients' families and other relevant sources. Your role will involve facilitating engaging group therapy sessions, conducting transformative individual therapy with clients and their families, and documenting their progress and interventions in the medical record. The schedule for this role is Tuesday - Saturday.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual therapy sessions that ignite positive change and support clients in their personal growth.
- Facilitate inspiring and interactive group therapy sessions that empower and uplift clients.
- Capture and document the remarkable progress and interventions provided to clients in the electronic medical record on an ongoing basis.
- Foster effective communication with clients, staff, and physicians to create a supportive and collaborative environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Master’s Degree
- Licensed in the State of Florida – LMHC, LMFT or LCSW
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience with EMRs (Sunwave preferred)
- Flexible availability, weekends as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
