Job Title: Senior Social Media Specialist

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Social Media Specialist to lead the execution and optimization of our social media presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong creative mindset and a proven ability to drive engagement, brand awareness, and measurable results across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging, high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that resonate with target audiences.
- Manage daily social media activities using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and optimize content delivery.
- Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content planning.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate SEO best practices into content for improved visibility and web traffic.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and web analytics tools; prepare reports that highlight key metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Maintain consistent branding across all channels while managing relationships with influencers, media outlets, and community members to enhance public relations efforts.
- Develop, implement, and manage advanced social media strategies aligned with company goals
- Manage and maintain the social media content calendar to ensure consistency and brand alignment
- Monitor social media channels, engage with audiences, and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze performance metrics and KPIs, providing detailed reports and actionable insights. Optimize both organic and paid social media campaigns to maximize reach and ROI
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies
- Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and company initiatives
- Ensure brand voice and messaging consistency across all platforms
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 – 8years in social media management or digital marketing
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing social media accounts
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
- Experience with paid social media advertising and performance tracking
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Skills
- Proven experience in social media management with a strong understanding of social media marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for creating visually appealing content.
- Skilled in video editing and photography to produce multimedia assets that captivate audiences.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for professional content creation.
- Experience with social listening tools to monitor brand reputation and industry conversations.
- Ability to manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms effectively.
- Strong relationship management skills for engaging with stakeholders, partners, and online communities.
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure all content is accurate, clear, and aligned with brand voice.

- Remote or Hybrid
- Flexibility to manage social media activity outside of standard business hours as needed
Compensation:
- Mid-range (most common): $60,000 – $80,000
