Schedule: Double Weekend Shifts (e.g., Saturdays & Sundays, 16 hour shifts)
Pay Rate: $32.50/hour
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our long-term care team. This position is part of a weekend program requiring double shifts, providing consistent, high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility or nursing home setting.
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor residents’ health status and report changes to the RN or physician
- Assist with daily living activities, including hygiene, mobility, and comfort
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal resident outcomes
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies
- Current, active LPN license in [State]
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
